Arduino nano restart button stoped working!

Hi, I was coding and uplouding to my arduino nano and sadlny the reset button stoped working, also I can't uploud anything and I got this error:

I'm using custom PCB there is nothing moved or touched the board at all, the led on pin 13 is on when plug it to power, also TX. RX led blink when plug in it to the power like normal.

I measured the voltage on reset pin and on reset button is 3v, and 0 when pressed.
What could be wrong?

If you have a second Arduino board, can you program it ?

I have Arduino uno, and I can program it with the IDE without any problem

Can you post EXPORTED jpg images of your PCB please?

Can you post schematic of your PCB?

What controller are you using on your PCB?

What is the voltage that the RESET pull up resistor is connected to? 5V or 3V3?
