I have got a new Arduino Nano RP2040 Connect board today. I connected it to my laptop. I installed the "Arduino Mbed OS RP2040" from boards manager of Arduino IDE. The light on my Arduino Nano RP2040 glows when I connect it to my laptop. But Arduino IDE is unable to detect the port of my new board. I checked in Device manager of my laptop there also I am unable to find the port. I used another laptop and performed the same steps. Same problem existed. I am also having one Arduino Uno board. When I checked that board on both the laptops that is working fine. I also checked my USB cable and also tried with other working cables. The issue is not resolved yet. Kindly help me with the issue as soon as possible.
