I have a KY 39 heart rate sensor which worked without any noise issue with Arduino Uno. However, when I connect the same sensor to Arduino nano and run it from the same program, it gives a lot of noise! any suggestions to tackle this or the reason behind this behaviour?
Thanks in advance.

Can you please post a copy of your circuit, in CAD or a picture of a hand drawn circuit in jpg, png?
Thanks.. Tom...
You need to post your code and put it within the code tags </>
You also need to give a schematic showing your wiring.
Have you tried putting the sensor back onto the Uno?
Are you feeling ok?
Try drawing the curtains and turning out the lights.
These sensors can be sensitive to fluctuations in ambient light.
