Arduino Nano Won't connect serial communication

I'm using my arduino nano as an rgb led strip controller, everything was working just nice but while i was working the arduino just stopped uploading, it does reset but nothing else. It's an arduino clone (328P & CH340).

This is the error I get when trying to upload:

Problem uploading to board.  See http://www.arduino.cc/en/Guide/Troubleshooting#upload for suggestions.

I'm working on a windows pc and if I enter the Device Manager I can find the COM port in which it is connected (it says "CH340" in it)
Also, the arduino is inside a computer case, I covered it in electrical tape so it didn't shorted anything (I guess it didn't)

Check if your sketch uses the IO pins that are mapped to the serial port. If things are connected to those pins during the flash it can prevent serial communication.

Did you willingly or unwillingly install the board manager 1.21? If so, choose the old boot loader option from the processor menu under tools (not exactly sure where).

Thank you very much this fixed my problem. <3 <3 <3
