Arduino Nano won't Upload, but connects via USB also drawing too much current.

I am having a problem, my arduino nano has suddenly been getting very HOT the nano was working perfectly fine before but now it draws way too much current and even when connected via usb the atmega328 chip is getting extremely hot (5 seconds before i have to remove my finger). I have used the same circuit with two other arduino nanos and it works perfectly fine, and the current drawn is much less. I assume I have a short somewhere on this board, as I soldered it myself but what confuses me at the moment is this board has been working fine.

Also when connecting the Arduino to the computer via usb it is detected but the code will not upload it just keeps saying uploading whereas on my other arduino nano boards it uploads within seconds.

Any help?

The nano is damaged and should ve replaced.
