really sorry for the bad english...
I have a Mega with built in wifi (esp8266) from here https://www.jaycar.com.au/mega-with-wi-fi/p/XC4421 (i dont mean to advertise if i did break any rules).
I have connected the board to Iot cloud, it shows it is online.
However i cannot turn the built-in led on and off using the switch from the dashboard.
The sketch successfully flashes to the esp8266, and seemingly does actually connect to it as i have a random_number variable which adds ( random_number = random_number + 3). This updates fine in the dashboard - showing the updating value.
but then when i switch the built in led on or off, it does not work.
i tested the board using the test program given by jaycar and the the led turns on and off fine when I click 'Turn on Led' and 'turn off led.'
so then i tried uploading the blink example ino and the built in led works fine, so it is definitely not the problem.
Then i found something, when i reuploaded the sketch from the iot cloud (with the code for the switch and it turning led on and off) the blink program i uploaded still blinks the light even though i uploaded a new code.
I am not to smart at this, but shouldn't the blink program i uploaded to the arduino be gone after i uploaded the sketch from iot cloud.
therefore, is it because the iot cloud is only uploading to the on-board esp and doing absolutely nothing to the mega...
how would you suggest i fix this...????
sorry again for the bad english, and really appricate any help
