Today when I was running a toy car using Arduino a short circuit took place and after that when I tried to connect Arduino UNO to my PC it showed an error of malfunctioning as shown in the attached image.
Can someone tell me what's the problem?

How can I find that which of them is blown out?
Any visible difference or, something like that
Also, I forgot to mention that when I used it in a robot the motors started itself before my command.
