With just the power supply, the output voltages at the concerned pins are normal as expected.
However, as soon as I connect the L293D with the Arduino, the board is going on a continuous reboot loop.The connection at this point is as follows:
I did answer that without the connections the Arduino is giving out normal voltage outputs. As soon as I connect the L293D however, the board goes into a reboot loop with the led blinking continuously.

Can you tell us exactly what you did before when it worked?...R
Before also I made the same circuit and ran two DC motors with an ultrasonic sensor. It was three years back with Arduino Mega. Now, I want to do the same with a Arduino Nano but it doesn't seems to work.
