Are you serious here? Didn't I just mention that I have seen the caps needed for the voltage regulator?I was asking about the decoupling caps around the motors as mentioned in #22 you retard. Read carefully before you accuse.

PLEASE post a circuit diagram, not a Fritzy, use a pen/pencil and paper.
PLEASE what are you using as your power supplies.
PLEASE what are your motors, post link to spec/data please.
PLEASE post a picture of your project, so we can see your component layout.If you are using a 9V battery like in your Fritzy, it it cannot provide the required current.
If the regulator is fitted as in the Fritzy, where are the capacitors needed to help it regulate?
If you look at a LM7805 datasheet it will show you what capacitors are needed.Can you please tell us your electronics, programming, Arduino, hardware experience?
Is this a school/college/university project?
