Arduino Not Showing Upload Button.

I haven't used my Arduino Uno for a year and I wanted to see if it still works.

I plugged the board in the computer and the green and yellow turned on.
So, the connection seems to be secure.

I opened up the Arduino program and I opened the Blink sketch, but there doesn't seem to be an upload button. I checked the Troubleshooting Page but it didn't help since the serial port is correct (COM4)

Is it the Drivers?

The upload button should never not be visible. Even when uploadingnwont work, the button is still there and clicking it will get errors. Post screenshot please
