When starting Arduino in Windows, I'm getting an Arduino "icon" at the bottom of the Windows page ( as shown in the attached JPEG that should be attached ) that is "blank" and when I click on it to open the Arduino window, nothing happens.
This is using Arduino version 1.8.5 which has worked for the last year or so, until the last day or two. Any ideas on what may be causing this? Or how to "debug" or fix?
And help would greatly be appreciated!
