I was working with my Arduino nano when I give 12v directly to the port it does not work and all lights are turned on in Arduino

And what is your question?
That is as it should be. Get a new controller and don't give it any voltage higher then is Vcc.
What port? Post a connection diagram
This was the Arduino I working with when I give 12v power supply in the type c port after that it us not working
