When ever I connect my arduino Uno, it restarts my MacBook. I'm using OS X sierra. I updated my IDE software as well. But still no progress. Can anyone help me??
Sierra broke CH340G drivers, the old drivers now crash the system.

And really, would it have killed you to glance at the first few threads in the troubleshooting section? We've had four threads on this just this morning....
- Uninstall your old driver (look at my replies in above mentioned thread)
- Install new one - good luck!
With Sierra the CH340 driver seems to be no longer "plug 'n play" but rather "plug 'n pray"
