I, anyone can helpme, i need to connect an arduino board to 24 power supply (trucks), but i read that source hace so much noise and the solution is use a capacitors. anyone knows a shematics for this situation, or can helpme to build one. im very new on electronics.

I am pretty sure you can buy a 24-volt to 12-volt adaptor, meant for truckers who want to run 12-volt equipment (CB's, fans, TVs, microwaves, etc), if your truck doesn't already incorporate such a converter.
You might also look into a DC-to-DC "buck" converter circuit, for a step down from 24 VDC to 12 VDC.
Once you can get 12 VDC, you can power the Arduino. It is likely that whatever method you use, there will then be enough isolation between the Arduino and the rest of the trucks electrical system for noise to not be a problem. If there is, then you will need some noise supression capacitors from the positive output (12 VDC) leg of the converter to ground; the simplest way to handle this would be to use standard noise-supression caps for automobiles with a 12 VDC system (note the polarity; most automobiles are negative grounded systems; I think most rigs are as well, but verify before you hook things up).
