Good evening everyone Please I want to change the strolling text font, I have tested different types not it's not working

Please read How to get the best out of this forum and post the code of your best attempt in code tags and describe the problem in more detail

I want to change the font of this strolling text but I haven't made any progress on it.i have tried several times. Can you assist me please? Because it's the default font that still shows
