arduino phone

Hello. i want to build a phone just to see it i can. First list what i have here.

  1. arduino uno
  2. seeed GPRS shield Version 2.1
    3 SmartGpu2 LCD 2.4"
  3. plastic project box to put it in.

I haven't done much C programming. but have made a Arduino solar charger and a Solar panel mover.
but these projects had 16x2 LCD and not touch screens. I haven't seen much about this display. Anyone messed with them enough to help me?
