Hello i was trying to use a sketch of
Basically used to send html website messages to my arduino (freetronics mega)
The programming works fine
But i think there is 
a problem with the pins interfering between the lcd and the sd card
i dont know what to do?
i heard you need to cut some of the pins of but its kinda scaring me.
does anybody have an idea

Yes. I have the idea that you should post your code.
I have the idea that you should post a schematic showing how things are connected.
I have the idea that you should post links to the hardware, not vague descriptions.
I have the idea that "I think there is a problem" is too vague to mean anything. Explain WHY you think there is a problem and WHAT you think the problem is.
Need more information:
How are the LCD etc. connected? On a Shield? External?
What pins are being used for what purposes?
Some LCDs like THIS: use only 2 pins.
