Arduino pitches.H

Hi, I was wondering if someone could please help me with this code, it is due in one week for a school project. I keep getting an error message that says “pitches.h” was not declared in this scope. I just started using Arduino and I’m not too good at it yet, so I was hoping that someone might be able to help me or give me some pointers on how to fix it.

Anyway, here’s the code and the file:
