Arduino Plug In Installation Error

Guys,

I am working on a Mac OS X 1.6.8 version and have downloaded Arduino 1.0.6 Sketch software, due to the newer version not being compatible with the older version of Mac. That downloaded fine.

Then I started working on downloading the Plug In "Arduino Create Agent" but I am receiving the following error during installation.

"Problem running post-install step. Installation may not completely correctly.
Error running security add-trusted-cer-d-r-trustRoot -k/Users/brendanwiesner/desktop/ArduinoCreateAgent.app/Content/MacOS/ca.cert.pem: Error reading file /Users/brendanwiesner/Desktop/ArduinoCreateAgent.app/Contents/MacOS/ca.cert.pem"

I can click ok and then the download finishes and states that it is installed, but the Plug In can not be detected. Thoughts or suggestions? Can provide more information upon request. Thanks

I suspect that the create agent is only for ide version 1.8 (and higher).

This is general troubleshooting so lets see if the mods will be kind enough to move it to the correct area for you.
