Arduino Plugin install issue

I am running Windows 7 Enterprise SP1 64 bit.
I have downloaded "ArduinoCreateAgent-1.1-windows-installer-chrome.exe" and run as Administrator.
It installs at "C:\Users\Station1\AppData\Roaming\ArduinoCreateAgent-1.1"
I first error I get is:
Error copying file from packed archive
C:/Users/Station1/Downloads/ArduinoCreateAgent-1.1-windows-installer-chrome.exe to
C:/Users/Station1/AppData/Roaming/ArduinoCreateAgent-1.1/certmgr.exe

If I click on "Ignore" through several more errors the sub-directory is created and the following files are written into it:
config.ini
tray_iconWin.ico
Uninstall Arduino_Create_Bridge (Shortcut)
uninstall.dat
uninstbr.00

It ends with :
Problem running post-install step. Installation may not complete correctly
Unknown error while running C:\Users\Station1\AppData\Roaming\ArduinoCreateAgent-1.1/Arduino_Create_Bridge.exe &

When you say ADMINISTRATOR is that FULL admin or a user with admin rights as there are differences.

It would seem the the process is being limited somewhere and in most instances I would look to an over aggressive antivirus program or similar.

As far as chrome is concerned some add-ins may cause some issues and I would tend to try in INCOGNITO mode with extensions disabled as a test.

if you think about it logically then you are trying to install a "programming environment" capable of code and some security may see that as a possible threat.
If that's the case in your instance you would need to add CREATE to your exclusions / white list.

Hello I am using Linux16.0.4 and I have downloaded the installer plugin and extracted it but when I double click it to run the plugin nothing happens. Can you please help
