Arduino port not detected when setting LG01 - P LoRa Gateway for IoT

When I set up the LG01-P on a laptop that doesn't have the Arduino library and the LG01-P library at all, I need to think a bit more, one of which is an undetected port.

Solve Problem
It turns out that the problem is simple which is to downgrade the arduino to Arduino IDE 1.8.5
