Hey I have a problem. When i click install, it says: the drive is successfully Pre-installed in advance, and nothing happened, what's the problem? I did everything.

What are you trying to install?
What is drive?
To where is the mystery thing being installed?
Where did you get the instructions to do everything?

That is the CH340 driver 
Which operating system? I can guess that it's Windows, for Linux it's not needed and I have no idea about Macs.
What did you expect to happen?
