Hello everybody!
On the Arduino PMC the H7 board is installed on the back side and it is impossible to detect the status of the led once the card is installed on the electrical panel. This is a big headache when you have a software bug that freeze the board, led flashes red and you don't know it because you can't see it. Someone have any idea in order to replicate the LED status without having to remove the card from its housing?

I happened to take my Portenta Machine Control apart today and I can only suggest the following hack:
Get a short length of POF, mount it the best way you can (hot glue) over the LED and bend the fibre through to one of the 4x holes in the corners of the PCB. That is the least destructive method I can think of. Its either that or de-soldering the led and moving it to a breakout board.
