Arduino portenta x8 board - localhost unreachable

Hello, Arduino.
I'm attempting to power on the arduino portenta x8 board, and the board warms up to 45 degrees Celsius. I'm following the user manual at https://docs.arduino.cc/tutorials/portenta-x8/user-manual/#setup-with-the-arduino-linux-wizard, but the [http://localhost:8080] page isn't accessible, as shown in the attachment.
