Juraj, thanks, I check the tool tomorrow - now I have only Mac computer.
Jumper is open.
EDIT: I found Windows computer, tool ESP8266 DOWNLOAD TOOL V.3.6.1.0 show same errors, not connected and sync fail.
Only LED "on" on board blinking when tool trying to connect (that same in esptool on MacOS)...
