arduino pro micro/adafruit pro micro button box

Good evening everybody

Im trying to make a button box.
I used the the amstudio example for my wiring.
i have ``2groups of 4 buttons
2 rotary switches
2 separate buttons for my shifters
i have uploaded the code to my board but when i push one of the buttons of the group,
they all are button 1 for the first group and 7 for the 2nd group.
rotary switches and 2 separate buttons work perfect .
