I got these boards as a Christmas gift and haven't messed with them (I have 3) but can't seem to get it to work...
When connecting the board to the PC the device manager shows a new port: Arduino Leonardo but it doesn't show like (COM1 ect. ect.) next to it. Am I missing something that I need? Thanks!
Do you see the board in the Arduino IDE's Tools > Port menu?
No, I do not. I have 5 ports in total open on the Device Manager and only 4 in the Ports menu.
You probably need to install the driver. You can find it in the drivers subfolder of the Arduino IDE installation folder.
Sorry, should have said that I tried that earlier and it told me; "Windows has determined the driver software for your device is up to date Sparki Programed"
And I also wen't and downloaded something called Arduino_Boards from github and used that as the update and it said the same thing 
Hmm, removed drivers, switched usb ports and it installed properly this time o_O;
