Arduino Pro Mini and DLP-USB232M programmer

Hi to all!!!
I want to ask if is possible to use this board https://www.dlpdesign.com/usb/dlp-usb232mv16.pdf to program the Arduino Pro Mini board.
I already use a Chinese clone with CP2102 chip and work ok, but i also have this development converter USB-Serial.

It has all the pin outs you need but it not one I have used.

Have you actually tried it at all ?
