Arduino Pro Mini OS X connection

I am having trouble uploading sketches to my Arduino Pro Mini from a MacBook Pro. I have the FTDI Basic and the FTDI drivers installed, the Arduino IDE identifies the USB serial ports correctly. When I try and upload a sketch the Arduino IDE dies before uploading. The IDE is version 1.0.1.

I have tried starting the IDE from the command line and get the following error when uploading the sketch:

WARNING: RXTX Version mismatch * Jar version = RXTX-2.2pre1* * native lib Version = RXTX-2.2pre2* Binary sketch size: 1,084 bytes (of a 30,720 byte maximum) Invalid memory access of location 0x10d83a9d8 rip=0x10dae812f Segmentation fault: 11

Is there somewhere I can download the latest RXTX jar file?

Apologies, I’m way too new at all this.

I had previously installed a version of the RXTX jars trying a project on my Uno, regarding an optical mouse image reader, which seems to have messed things up. I have removed the rogue RXTX jars and now is all working.
