I am using a USB-TTL loader which does not have a reset pin, only (GND, 5V, RX, TX) now unable to load for some reason..i get error message shown below avrdude: stk500_getsync(): not in sync: resp=0x00 please any advice ??

When I had this trouble I succeeded by wiring an external reset button. It was easier to press and hold and got me going again.
