Arduino Program Visually Bugged

Using Arduino IDE 1.x

So I fired up the Arduino Program for the first time yesterday and it is visually bugged (Picture below). it still works properly, menus function, I can write code, upload and verify, however the program is visually bugged.

I've updated java, tried old versions of the Arduino Software (1.02 and 1.01), nothing has worked. Anyone know what's wrong and/or how to fix it?

  1. Update Graphics drivers
  2. Update Java (and delete Java folder inside arduino)
