Arduino push button on change

Hi all,

I am quite new into this arduino iot cloud stuff. I am developing an app to digital write to esp32 a high and then 2 second delay and then a low. I have noticed the push button on the dashboard reacts to both pushing and releasing and so the function runs twice.

In the thing properties header file this says on change and i want it to change to either pressing or releasing.

I dont know if i can nor how to edit the thing properties header file nor whether i am allowed to.

ANy suggestions relating to this would be really helpful thank you so much.

OnChange is H to L OR L to H. Perhaps keep track in code?

Is there something I can change in thing properties header file. I did try track changes didn’t work nicely.
