good evening, I bought an Arduino R4 WiFi from the Arduino store on Amazon a week ago, and I haven't been able to get it to work at all. I had it changed thinking it was a problem with the board, and I even bought the Arduino USB-C cable, but to no avail. It is not recognized on the Device Manager, but on the control panel it is, but as an input device. Furthermore, I have already tried to update the firmware in every way, but it doesn't appear at all. Obviously it doesn't load the sketches from the Arduino IDE, but with an old R3 board it does. I tried changing computers but still the same old stuff.
Could anyone tell me what to do? Thanks in advance for the answers
