Hi, i ask you help.
I bought one Arduino R4 wifi for send to colud Arduino ioT the parameters of my devices.
Actually this board send the parameters to another board with wifi and work it.
Configuring same board to connect to cloud the board doesn't work.
Charge the sketch, work in stand alone, i have the parameters by serial but i don't have connection to cloud.
Charging the example ( blink) by cloud it doesn't work and in the setting page the board is offline.
I try to update the board firmware, try to reconfigure the board in the coloud, but it' s ever offline.

If you plug the board into a PC that is connected to the Internet then go to Add Device in Arduino IoT can you see the board ?

Take these steps:

  1. Update the connectivity module firmware on UNO R4 WiFi
  2. follow Arduino UNO R4 WiFi IoT Cloud Setup Guide
  3. Make sure you're using 2.4Ghz wifi and also ensure that your username and password does not have special characters. Your password should be too long.

I changed with other R4 and it work!
Very strange..
Now I'm programming old R4 ( that it didn't work) and restart the connection.
