hi.... i got my r4 yesterday and im totally new for arduino its my firs,,, i started it and
connected it to my pc IDE i worked at first but when i tried to connect it to cloud it didnt work and never work after it even in IDE whenever i try nothing work still the same i get this massage

and also on the board the RX led keep plinking fast whenever i connect it on like 3 plinks or 4 per sec,, so can someone help me to fix it i tried to by pressing twice but nothing happen i also tried frimware update it failed every time,, auto formating but samething tried both IDE same thingso please if anyone can help
