Arduino RBBB and USB BUB question

I just purchased a USB BUB board from Modern Devices, for programming use with my RBBB board. Do you happen to know if I can just 'plug' the USB BUB board into the RBBB for programming? I really don't want to use a cable, and was hoping that I could plug the female header on the BUB board into the male header on the RBBB board, and program it that way. I'm assuming that the USB BUB board will provide the necessary 5 volt power for the RBBB board. Is that correct?

This is the purpose of the BUB board.
