Arduino reference schematic question

Trying to understand the power input (barrel jack) as part of the WiFi-Rev2. I'm looking at the schematic and confused about the wiring relative to the schematic symbol. Obviously, the board works, but the schematic seems to have the part flipped vertically.

What am I missing here?

That is a draw fault, wrong design of the component.

2 is normal connected to a battery ground if battery is used. For sure the 2 isn't the +5V connection.
