Arduino Resistance Changing

The OPs link shows a 221 Ohm 5 band resistor with a brown (1%) tolerance band, red,red,brn,blk, brn.
First 3 are significant digits, 4th is multiplier, 5th is tolerance.

But the Fritzing crap showed a 5% 220R resistor. The person who wrote that article did not know what he was doing, he probably miss read the value but then typed in that miss read value into the Hackster template which obliged by the stupid resistor it showed.

A 221 1% resistor makes no sense because 1% would cover 220R by default.
