Arduino Robot Upload Fails! Help needed!

I get this as well:

avrdude: stk500_getsync(): not in sync: resp=0x00

Perhaps the 1200 Baud kick doesn't do its job?

I'll try and see what happens.

I'll also try the DFU thing with FLIP from atmel.
