Arduino Robot Upload Problem

Good day,

I just started with the new Arduino Robot and wanted to upload the example code. However, it never uploads, but instead comes up with the following error:

Found programmer: Id = "BäI"; type = Software Version = . ; Hardware Version = . avrdude: error: buffered memory access not supported. Maybe it isn't a butterfly/AVR109 but a AVR910 device?

I have searched the web and it seems several people encountered this problem, however, all suggested solutions do not help. It might be that my laptops USB 3.0 ports and the upload cable USB 2.0 clash. How does one degrade 3.0 to 2.0?

Please assist me with this problem.

Thank you! Stefan

Hi guys...

I have tried around 5 differnet computers by now..all running on Windows...and still cannot upload anything onto my robot.

Please help! I am still getting the same message:

Thanks Stefan

Its working!!! Woooohoooo!

Solution: In the Arduino software user interface press the upload button, press and hold reset button on Arduino Robot Control Board, wait for compilation to finish and upload to start, release reset button on control board, wait for upload process to finish, enjoy your Arduino Robot...FINALLY
