Arduino Robot

Hello there,

Few days ago I bought an Arduino Robot, i plugged in the upper side of the board, the Robot Controller board, i saw that it can't install the device, in the device manager just showing the atm32u4dfu and couldn't install it, so i googled and find out that there was this software called FLIP 3.4.7, i used it without realizing it, i changed the port of the Arduino to a USB one, now I cant convert back to port, it just detect as an Unknown USB Device

that is the website, but then i realized that it uses Mojo V3 device or Atmel device which i do not have for both of them, I kept doing eventually erased all

I even plugged o]in and out the usb, it just keep showing Unknown USB device instead of ATm32u4dfu like the firt time.

And now I do not know what to do, help! Please HELP!

can you share link from where you purchase.Usually if u purchaser then give you instruction for installation.

2)Which controller board your using??? Is it Arduino Leonardo ???

  1. Tell me your latest problem. R u want to detect your Port as earlier?? DO you have code backup & arduino IDE.
    Let me know which version of IDE you are having supporting OS.
    also Cross check which arduino board being used in Arduino ROBOT.
