Arduino RP2040 Connect Based Flight Computer

Hey there,

I am attempting to make a full SMD rocket flight computer around the Arduino nano RP2040 connect.
However, I am having some confusion around how I would program the board.

The microcontroller schematic is a bare minimum design, with flash, crystal oscillator, USB/power, and decoupling caps. I was wondering how I would actually program this board as a Arduino RP2040 connect. Are there considerations I have to make in the circuitry? Or is this something to worry about after the boards are manufactured?
