Hello guys,
I'm a little bit new to adruino and I had a cool project in mind.
I've got barcodes on a box, every barcode will be a component, for example 1k resitors, small servo big servo etc. Now everytime I take a component I write it down and than order a new one. But I think it would be cool to make a barcode for each component and scan it when I use one. Then send it with a 3G shield to a PC(at home)
3G shield I had in mind:

And a PS/2 Barcode scanner or a usb host shield with a usb scanner.
I think with a usb host shield I'll be more flexible with choosing a barcode scanner.
Would this be possible? cuz I'll need to make multiple connections on the serial connection pins.
Kind regards,
Leroy
