Arduino serial monitor and inamp not working

I want to measure the weight on 4 wheels of a vehicle while moving it up and down with hyd rams. I connected 4 load cells to the arduino analog pins using ad627 inamps to amplify the signal.

Everything works fine untill I connect the USB cable to the arduino. I made a shield to connect the arduino to the amplifier circuit and they share the same power supply.(not the arduino supply).

I check the voltage from the output of the inamp and it works as expected but when I connect the USB cable the voltage drops and starts jumping around.

I would appreciate any help as I do not know where to start looking

Kind of hard to diagnose without a drawing of your amplifier shield to see what pins you are using and not using.

I can't get the drawing uploaded could I E-mail it to you in PDF format?

Sure
