Arduino Shock Collar

It's not exactly the same as the one he used in the video but I don't see why it should make a difference. I set up the arduino in exactly the same way using the code in the video discription but it won't pair to the shock collar.

"pair" almost always implies bluetooth. The radio module you linked is just a transmitter module with a receiver module.
