Arduino - Smart Wifi Robot Car

I've reviewed the forum and followed instructions and I still can not get the program to upload.
I tried on Windows 10 and Windows 7
Arduino 1.8.8

One Item I'm not clear on is if I have the right Programmer (Tools > Programmer) or if I need to Burn Bootloader (Tools > Burn Bootloader)

By default the Programmer is AVRISP mkll

I tried different examples but the one I want to upload is WIFI_Camera_Robot_Car

Here is the compile log from Windows 7
any help would be appreciated

Arduino: 1.8.8 (Windows 7), Board: "Arduino/Genuino Uno"

Sketch uses 13994 bytes (43%) of program storage space. Maximum is 32256 bytes.
Global variables use 695 bytes (33%) of dynamic memory, leaving 1353 bytes for local variables. Maximum is 2048 bytes.

avrdude done. Thank you.

Problem uploading to board. See http://www.arduino.cc/en/Guide/Troubleshooting#upload for suggestions.

This report would have more information with
"Show verbose output during compilation"
option enabled in File -> Preferences.

The 'burn bootloader' option requires a programmer. Do you use one?

If you don't have one and you have a second Arduino, you can use that as a programmer. See https://www.arduino.cc/en/Tutorial/ArduinoToBreadboard. In step 3, you need to select the correct target board.

Merry Christmas.

PS
I've never used the Arduini as ISP; I use a dedicated programmer.
