Whenever I plug the Arduino Nano into a USB port on my Macbook the port works no longer once I unplug the Arduino. Only a restart will make it work again. I tried quitting the Arduino software before unplugging but it makes no difference. Thank you
If you dont have anything connected to the NANO then possibly a bad USB connection on the board
If you do have something connected then its using some pins maybe that it shouldnt.
Maybe you burned a bad bootloader to it ?
Maybe the cable itself is damaged ?
Maybe its draining too much power from the mac which are known to have inferior USB power supply's.
No, actually your reply was quite helpful. It told me that the Arduino sofware is not faulty and that my problem should not happen, which is helpful so I know where to look. Thank you
