I'm new to Arduino and programming. I talked to some people that have worked with Arduino before and they told me to download the software. I have an old MacBook that I'm trying to work on. It has 10.6.8 software and can't be updated any further. Every time I try to download the software from the link, it will load for a few minutes before saying that the file can't be archived. I've tried looking up a solution, but I haven't seen any helpful links. If anyone knows why the software won't download and could tell me it would be greatly appreciated
Which version are you trying to download?
The last version that runs on Snow Leopard is 1.6.1, newer versions require at least 10.7.
