Hello,
My problem is I'm connecting an Arduino Uno to an Android Honeycomb 3.1 Galaxy Tab 10.1 via USB and while it has connected over USB, the tablet takes about a minute to recognize the Arduino, as opposed to connecting to the PC which takes 2 seconds.
Background: I am using the code posted on Mitch Tech Android + Arduino + USB Host + Temperature + Light - MitchTech | MitchTech to use the Microbridge library to connect from the Arduino Uno to the tablet. This has worked fine except for the problem described above.
I've tried a few different baud rates and they don't seem to have any effect on the length of time to connect. Does anyone have an idea what could be delaying the Android recognition of the Arduino?
Thanks,
Sara
