Arduino TIAN

Hello.
I'm speak english so and so, so I apologize for my english.
I have a problem with TIAN hardware. I installed the driver recommended by Arduino Company, but, when I connected TIAN accross its micro USB to PC's USB, Windows 10 not even recognize hardware.
Do you have any suggestions to revolve the problem?
Thank you for your time.

Hello,

See if this helps:

Also ensure you try a USB 2.0 port as the programming port as some forms of USB 3.0 can cause issues.

Double check you USB cable is fully working on another device or use a KNOWN GOOD cable.

Thank you for your reply. I changed a lot of USB port (2.0 and 3.0), I used more cable that well work with other peripheral and I tried several computers, but I have the same problem. May be e hardware problem?
